Privacy Policy
Reeled In Media is a small business run by Mitchell Johnson, a sole trader based in Perth, Western Australia (ABN 23 688 638 098). This page explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect:
- your name
- your business name (if you give it)
- your email address
- your phone number (if you give it)
- your message
- the package you're interested in (if you pick one)
If you email or call us directly, we'll also have whatever details you share that way.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead and work with us, to provide and manage our services (for example, scheduling, invoicing and keeping in touch about your work). We won't add you to a marketing list or send you promotional emails unless you ask us to.
Where it's stored
This website is hosted by Netlify. When you submit the enquiry form, your submission is processed and stored by Netlify and a copy is emailed to Mitchell's business email inbox. Netlify and our email provider may store data on servers outside Australia. We only use reputable providers and only keep what we need.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Analytics and cookies
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It's privacy-focused: it doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and only gives us overall numbers such as page views. This website doesn't set any advertising or tracking cookies.
We don't sell your information
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers we need to run the business (such as our website host and email provider), or if we're required to by law.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email mitchell@reeledinmedia.com.au and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Questions or concerns
If you have a question or a privacy concern, please email mitchell@reeledinmedia.com.au or call 0466 608 109 and we'll do our best to sort it out. You can also find information about privacy in Australia from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
